Average rating 3.0 based on 1 reviewI was in the store this afternoon to exchange a bag with a hole in the bottom that I bought a week or so ago. I could not find any of the same bags anymore. The owner suggested that I get something else for $3.99 + tax but I could not find anything I needed. I asked for a refund but he said the store did not give any refunds but he gave it anyway. What followed after he gave me the money back surprised me. He got angry , turned his back on me and walked away as I was asking him when the bags would be available again so that I could come back to buy some. It looked to me like a child who had a tantrum. I feel sorry for him because some of the customers witnessed his negative actions. What store owner would have a fit over a $4 refund? I am the aggrieved party so I should have been the angry one because I had to go back to the store to return a damaged product! Poor customer service!
