Average rating 1.0 based on 1 reviewThis isn't a review towards the doctor, but the staff. I am very upset with one of the receptionists. I left a voicemail saying that I will not make it to the scheduled appointment, and the receptionist calls back the day after the appointment saying that she has to consider that a no show. After explaining to her that I had already left a voicemail - which is common procedure, she said that she has to receive "confirmation" from me. The way she was speaking and her attitude was not good customer service, nor was she understanding.
